Last weekend we handled a lot of chores from our list from our Holidayhome. I send my first guests of 22 January 2016 the following: ‘He’s available the requested the period. The only thing what needs to be done is the front door – that needs to be painted.’ As you can image I am very proud that I could finally email her that the door is finally painted.
Beside that I reported on 17 June that the back terrace couldn’t be realized before the summer. But now I could tell you that the back terrace is realized. Here you can have breakfast in the morning sun. Beside the (new) terrace you find two trees, feel free to hang your hammock!
Also the new curtains arrived. As one of our guests commended: ‘New curtains will arrive – they will make it more dark, so I could sleep out longer (blink)’. That’s a nice fact, but the curtains make the house even more nice.
The living room is even more well- decorated this weekend. The Mammoth bone, I wrote about that in May, but I didn’t translate that.
So here below a brief summary about how we found the Mammoth bone: The Mammoth bone is found at the beach of Kijkduin. Through the old sand, which the Sand motor pulls out of sea, old fossils can be found at the beach. We got a bone in May, but before we could display it at our holiday home Haags Duinhuis, we first had to preserve it properly. But now you can enjoy the bone as well.
