- Mandatory cleaning and bed linen
- Local charges / tourist taxes (€5,35/night/guest – of July 2020)
- In the total summe the security deposit of €150,- isn’t included. This deposit will be returned after two weeks of your stay. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage upon arrival.
- Your rental period is from arrival day 16hrs till departure day 10 hrs. In high season (July and August) it is only possible to rent from a week and more days with arrival/departure on monday/ friday.
