  • In the total summe is always included:
    • Mandatory cleaning and bed linen of the number of people in the reservation
    • Local charges (tourist taxes (€6,20/night/guest older than 13 years from 2025)
  • The security deposit/safety bond of €150,- will be returned after two weeks of your stay. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage upon arrival.
  • Always add all number of guests, children in this form are under the age of 13.
  • If you cannot reach an agreement, please contact us and we will go through the booking form together.
  • After the booking request you will receive an email for further information from the guests staying in the house. You will then receive the final booking confirmation by email and you must have paid the first deposit by bank transfer within 5 days of this booking inquiry. If you do not wish to finalize the booking after receiving the booking request, please notify me immediately. Then I can open the data again to other guests.
  • Your rental period is from arrival day 16hrs till departure day 10 hrs. In high season (July and August) it is only possible to rent from a week and more days with arrival/departure on friday. This might also be the case during some other periods during the year, due to our own holiday schedule.
  • When more than 6 Guests stay at the house, additional costs will apply to the total renting amount. An extra mattress will not necessary be delivered in this price.
  • The cleaning/linen price is calculated on the number of guests staying in the house. The upstair bedroom(s) can be closed when two or three guests stay in Haags Duinhuis. When there’re reasons not to close these rooms, you can address this at your booking.
